Payment Method:
LHS fur receives and accept online payments with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay. 
All amounts on the website include VAT. 
Please note that discount codes can’t be used on sale items. 
Payment with Viabill is only working in Denmark.

Shipping:
Free shipping on all items bought on our webshop.

Delivery:
2-4 days delivery to your nearest pick-up point with GLS.
You will get an email and text message once the package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number. 

Returns & Refunds:
Our return policy lasts 14 days on products bought from our webshop. To return a product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
If you remove the hang-tag on your product - you can't return your item.
We don't accept your returned item if it has any smell of smoke, perfume, cellar etc.
We will refund your money within 1-3 days after receiving your item.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping and pays for freight costs.

How do I return the item?
If you would like to return your item, the item must be returned to the following address:

If the item is returned after the 14-day-return deadline, the item cannot be refunded and it will cost a shipping fee of 60 DKK to have the same package returned again. 

You may send either with GLS, DAO or PostNord, so we can keep track of the package.

Exchange to another size or color:
If you want to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days from the day you received your item.

Customized products:
If you ordered a customized product, please accept a delivery time on 3-4 weeks.

We also offer international shipping. Please note an extra cost.

Applies to specially manufactured and customized items:
We cannot refund customized items.

We are unable to make any changes to an existing order once it has been placed. This includes canceling your order, and/or combining any shipments.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in the case of distance trade and home sales agreements, the consumer, as a general rule, has the right of withdrawal, cf. (section 13). However, according to (§ 14, 3 p.), The main rule does not apply to products that are specially produced and which, due to their nature, cannot be returned.

Sample Sale:
We don't offer a refund or exchange on items bought on our sample sale.

Privacy Policy:
LHS understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless a transaction is required. LHS does not sell the customer's name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without the customer's prior permission.
